The brand's "London in Shanghai" event wrapped up recently and took place in a shipping yard. Burberry's new opening wanted to give their Chinese consumers a "virtual" feel when they entered the store (which although is smaller than the one in London, is the largest Burberry store in Asia). Inside the new store, they have added "interactive mirrors" which apparently proceed to give you more information about a certain product as you approach them. On the exterior, amazing works of glass have been set up to change according to the weather or daylight. For example, in the day, the store from outside reacts to natural light and can present itself in different forms where as in the night, the signature Burberry check appears across the gleaming glass. The event looked like a success and here are some pictures of the store, event and attendees. (Pictures from Burberry's Twitter & Daily Mail)
