When I get hungry, I whip up a snack bowl, which consists of walnuts, almonds, dates and raspberries. I don't usually put in berries, but it made for a nice picture didn't it? Hehe. It's easy to put together, tastes good, boosts your energy, and you're pretty much set until dinner. I'm not sure what people usually eat during their "snack time" but this is what I munch on.
