Oops I lied. The title of this post should technically be "My Daily Snack" but I couldn't pass up an opportunity of alliteration, now could I?! But in all seriousness, I wanted to share with you all an important part of my day. You know that odd time around 3 or 4 in the evening where you're dying to eat something but since you know that dinner is around the corner you're torn between what your tummy wants and what your brain wants? If you know exactly what I'm talking about, read on.
When I get hungry, I whip up a snack bowl, which consists of walnuts, almonds, dates and raspberries. I don't usually put in berries, but it made for a nice picture didn't it? Hehe. It's easy to put together, tastes good, boosts your energy, and you're pretty much set until dinner. I'm not sure what people usually eat during their "snack time" but this is what I munch on. Try it out!
